Firstly sieve the milk so that there remains no malai in it.
Take a pan and add water in it and leave the water for boiling at high temperature.
In the meantime, add cardamoms and ginger in mortar.
Crush them with pestle.
When water begins to boil, bring the heat to medium low and further entire process will be done at the same temperature.
Add crushed cardamoms and ginger.
Boil for 3 minutes. (You must set the timer)
After 3 minutes, add milk.
Let milk come to boil. Stir 1-2 times.
When milk begins to boil, add sugar.
Let milk boil for a minute to dissolve sugar completely. Keep stirring.
Now add tea leaves.
Let it boil for 3 minutes. Keep stirring at intervals.
Tea is ready to be served.
Sieve it into cups and enjoy piping hot.
