Roast potatoes in oil until they are slightly brown.
Take them in a serving plate.
Pour curd, green chutney and imli ki chutney over potatoes.
Sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt.
Over the top put some sev, pomegranate arils and coriander leaves.
Aloo chaat is ready. Enjoy.
Notes
Instead of boiled potatoes, you can use the raw potatoes as well but only in case you are deep or air frying them. Make sure they shouldn't remain raw inside.
