Eggless Ragi chocolate Cookies with Jaggery is an easy to make glutenfree cookies made with just 5 ingredients.

1 cup = 250 ml
- 100 grams butter
- 1 cup Ragi atta (140 gram - finger millet flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar of your choice (105 gram - we used Jaggry powder)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Take a bowl and add butter in it. Whisk it until butter turns creamy.
Add jaggery powder and whisk it again.
Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix very nice.
Bring it together into a dough.
Keep the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now start giving the dough a shape of cookies, the way you like. As this flour is gluten-free, so it is tough to roll. We have greased a surface with oil, flattened a part of dough with hand and gave the shape to dough with cookie cutter.
Arrange all the cookies on a baking tray lined with greased butter paper.
Refrigerate the tray for about 1 hour so that butter in the cookies get solidifies.
Bake in a pre-heated oven @170°C for about 20-25 minutes.
