Take a bowl and add oil, milk, sugar and rose water in it.
Give it a good mix so that sugar dissolves completely.
Put a sieve over the bowl.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Also add gulab Jamun premix initially made.
Sieve all ingredients into the bowl.
Then mix them using cut and fold method.
Transfer the batter in a cake tin lined with greased butter paper.
Bake in a preheated oven @180°C in the middle rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out completely clean.
Take the cake out of oven and keep it aside.
