Wash sweet potatoes very well.
Pierce them with a fork.
Put them in microwave safe glass tray or plate. If you don't have microwave, you can simply boil them till soft and tender.
Set the microwave for 10 minutes on high power (900).
Pause the microwave midway and turn the sides of sweet potatoes upside down.
Continue with the microwaving for the time left. You may microwave for more time if the sweet potatoes are under cooked.
Take them out and let them cool a bit so that they can be comfortably touched.
Peel their skin.
Put them in a big bowl.
Mash them very finely with the masher.
Add rest of all the ingredients.
Give them a good mix.
Take some portion of the mixture and by tightly pressing it between your palm, give it a shape of roll.
Likewise prepare the rolls with the entire mixture.
Grease the air fryer basket with oil.
Arrange all the rolls in the basket.
Brush oil over all the rolls.
Air fry rolls for 13 to 15 minutes @180°C.
Pause air fryer midway and turn the sides of the rolls.
Brush the rolls with oil.
Air fry ahead for further time.
Sweet potato rolls are ready.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
