Coconut Ladoo are a traditional Indian sweet balls made with fresh or desiccated coconut, a sweetener and milk.

1 cup = 200 ml
- 3 Cups Desiccated or fresh coconut 300 grams
- 1.25 cup sugar 310 grams
- 1.50 cup Full fat milk 300 ml
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2-3 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling ladoos
Take a pan and add desiccated coconut, sugar and milk in it.
Mix everything together very well.
Rest them for 15 minutes.
Now put the pan on heat and start stirring at low heat.
Sugar will melt and start releasing its moisture.
Cook, stirring continuously until all the moisture is gone and the mixture start leaving the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and give a good mix to the mixture.
Switch off the heat let mixture cool completely.
Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form a ball by rolling between your palms.
Coat each ball one by one with desiccated coconut and transfer them to a plate.
Coconut ladoo are ready. Enjoy.
