After the above mentioned period, uncover the dough. The dough must have been doubled in size.
Just knead it for a minute.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
Take one part and roll it in your palm into a smooth ball.
Place this ball on a corn meal dusted platform. Dust some corn meal on the ball too.
Roll it into a flat disk.
Now with the help of fork, start pricking the disk. This step will prevent the disk from puffing up while baking.
Line a baking tray with butter paper and grease it.
Place the disk on baking tray.
Likewise prepare the second disk too and place on baking tray. Keep some gap between the two discs.
Cover them with a kitchen towel and put on rest for 15-20 minutes.
Then uncover and bake them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes @180°C in the middle rack. Remember, we don't require to bake it fully but just semi baked.
Bring out of the oven, let turn cool and here whole wheat pizza base is ready. Now bake pizza your way.
