Add butter in a bowl.
Whisk until it turns creamy. With electric beater, it will take 2 to 3 minutes and with hand whisk, it will take more time.
Add sugar into a bowl.
Whisk them again until both assembles together very well.
Now add wheat flour, powdered cashews, chopped cashews, baking soda and salt. Skip the salt if the butter is already salted.
With the help of your hand, start bringing everything together so that a dough can be formed. Remember, only bring the mixture together and don't knead it.
If the mixture is not binding, add a very little milk at one time. We only need to add about 2 tsp of milk for making a dough.
A normal dough is ready.
Make small lemon size pieces of the dough. We could made 24 pieces.
Now roll each piece into a ball by rolling them between your palms one by one.
Arrange all the balls on a baking tray lined with greased butter paper or parchment paper. See, keep distance in each ball as they will spread a little on baking.
Mark a design on the cookies using a fork.
Place the tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the said period, bake @160°C in a preheated oven in the middle rack with both the rods on for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once done, take the tray out and let Cookies cool down completely.
Cashew nuts cookies are ready.
