Watermelon Juice is one of the best type of juices one can have in summers. During the summers, there are plenty of watermelons available in the market and you can get it in very cheap rates. However don’t go by the cheap rates, but look into the rich benefits you can have from this miraculous fruit.
This summer fruit is incredibly good because it helps in lowering blood pressure. It’s also helpful in hydrating your body. A sweet treat that is low in calories & fats, full of vitamins & minerals and free from cholesterol. Enjoy this drink for yourself, for your guests or for the kids. I assure, everyone is going to enjoy this watermelon juice.
So let’s make a healthy Watermelon juice with this awesome fruit.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING WATERMELON JUICE
Watermelon (chopped*) – 2 cup
Sugar- 3-4 tbsp or as per taste
Black salt/Rock salt – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds (Roasted & powdered) – ¼ tsp
Flavoured ice cubes of your choice (optional)
(I used 1 mint & another watermelon flavoured Ice Cubes)
1. Cut the watermelon and take out the flesh out of it.
2. Keep the seeds separate from the watermelon.
3. Transfer the watermelon in the blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients together & your watermelon juice is ready.
5. Serve chilled after topping with ice cubes.
*You can also add the cubes of watermelon & fine chopping in not mandatory. I prefer chopping for the reason that you can easily find and remove seeds from the watermelon.
