Summers are on the peak and we always look forward to certain drinks which refresh us internally. Pudina Pani is one among them.

Usually pudina pani is made with fresh pudina/mint leaves but it is not always possible to keep the fresh leaves in hands except you have home grown leaves. Moreover, even if you have fresh leaves in your refrigerator or garden, again this is not easy to make pudina pani for the guests if they appear without prior intimation and you wanted to serve only this drink to them.

In such a case, the best choice is pudina masala powder. Just mix in water and serve. So let’s go for….

Pudina Pani

INGREDIENTS



Chilled water – 1 glass

PUDINA MASALA POWDER – 1 tsp

Juice of one lemon

Ice cubes – mint flavoured or fresh mint leave (for garnishing)

METHOD



1. Take a glass of chilled water.

2. Mix in Mint Masala Powder.

3. Add lemon juice.

4. Taste before serving and adjust the seasoning, if needed.

4. Serve chilled after garnishing.
