WHAT IS MUSHROOM DUPLEX?

Also known with the name stuffed mushrooms, mushroom double-decker or bharwan khumb, this tea time snack is really impressive to be served to your special guests.

STUFFING OF MUSHROOM DUPLEX

We have stuffed mushrooms with the mixture made of spinach, mushroom stems and few simple and regular spices.

However you are free to make stuffing with any seasonal vegetables which may also include cheese.

ABOUT THE RECIPE

We saw the recipe of this Mushroom Duplex in a TV show but unfortunately couldn’t save it word to word at that point of time. But this recipe was so easy and amazing and we wanted to try it at any cost. So made our own variations and calculations & finally it was in our plate.

Simply a Wow moment!

And undoubtedly, the taste was simply awesome. Crispy Mushrooms from outside and soft and aromatic stuffing within.

As Mushroom is the favourite of all being a high protein ingredient in our food and whatever is being made with it, is full of nutrition and yum.

So lets begin with the recipe…

We are hardcore fan of mushrooms and can have them in any form. This mushroom Duplex with the stuffing sounds super tempting and would definitely make a wonderful starter/appetiser. Don’t they leave water after frying?

You keep the batter thick and mashrooms will not release water. Thank you.
