21 Apr Anaardana Chutney
A tongue tickling chutney ready in minutes and can be preserved in refrigerator for several days.
You can cherish this chutney with your favorite snacks. It also goes well with the main course even.
Anardana (pomegranate) seeds 1/2 cup
Mint leaves (pudina) 2 – 3 tsp
Green chilies 2 (adjust depending upon your liking for spiciness.)
Salt to taste
1. Wash anardana. Also wash mint leaves. Cut onion roughly in 2 – 3 pieces.
2. Then grind the Anardana seeds to paste with other ingredients. You can also grind them seperatly. Remove in a bowl and serve with snacks you want to relish with anardana chutney.
